I stayed at this hotel during a trip when my first choice was fully booked. The service I received was phenomenal, particularly from the Manager Anderah and her team. Although it's a bit far from the city, my family and I felt very welcome and enjoyed our time here. However, we were in such a rush to leave for Kota Kinabalu that we regrettably missed a photo opportunity with the Manager.

I stayed at this hotel for the first time, and I was pleasantly surprised by the fantastic service provided by Manager Anderah and her team. Even though it was a bit far from the city, we enjoyed our time there with the family. The atmosphere was very welcoming, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The only downside was that we had to leave quickly for Kota Kinabalu and didn't get to capture a moment with the manager to express our gratitude.
